Music So Far and Its Relativity with Well being

We learned in music today that music is a great thing to reduce stress. It is good to express your feelings and can keep your heart rate down or high depending on what genre. Also I have learned quite a bit of my song Mr Blue Sky. We have been doing band practice and my band are learning smoke on the water. I have the main part done and dusted but I still have to learn the chorus.
